Humanimal Trust couldn’t do any of the work we do towards making One Medicine a reality without the support of our generous and passionate fundraisers and supporters.
If you’re thinking of undertaking an activity to raise funds for Humanimal Trust, you can download a copy of our Fundraising Guide and our A – Z of Fundraising Ideas which contain lots of ideas and useful tips – don’t forget to keep us posted with your activities and progress so that we can let others know how they can support you, not to mention providing inspiration and ideas for others wishing to get involved and raise funds too.
You can also set up your own fundraising page in support of your activity, enabling you to share your efforts and progress far and wide through social media so that more people are able to support you.
Below you will find a range of poster templates that you can use to promote your event or challenge. If you’d like any other materials to support your event, such as flyers and donation pots, please do get in touch.
How to use your Humanimal Trust fundraising poster
Personalise the poster
You can either print your poster and write in the details, or use a PDF editor to type your details in before you print. If you are unable to edit the PDF you can try opening it in Edge or Safari, or you can email us your details and will add them for you.
- Insert details about your event into the blank box using a dark pen or printed text, so everything is easy to read from a distance.
- Include clear details about WHO, WHAT, WHEN and WHERE.
- Be specific about what you’re doing (for example: “5k sponsored walk” rather than “fundraiser”).
- If your event is open to others, clearly say “Everyone welcome”.
Example: Emma James is hosting a Bake Sale in the Staff Canteen between 11am and 12.30pm on Friday, 12 March 2026. Everyone welcome!
Add your donation link
- Include your online fundraising page (if you have one).
- Use a short, easy-to-read web link where possible.
Example: Alan Edwards is running the Cardiff Half Marathon on 10 September 2027 – please sponsor him at www.blah.co.uk/AlanEdwards
- If you would like to add a QR code that leads to your fundraising page, please email info@humanimaltrust.org.uk
Display your poster where people will see it
- Position posters at eye level and in well-lit areas.
- Ask permission to put your poster up in:
- Workplaces
- Community centres
- Schools or universities
- Local shops, cafés, gyms, surgeries
Use it alongside social media
- Take a photo of your completed poster and share it on social media.
- Include your donation link and a short message about why you’re supporting Humanimal Trust.

Keep it visible
- Check your poster regularly and replace it if it becomes damaged or hard to read.
- Move it to a new location if footfall is low.
Say thank you
