Capture a moment that celebrates the connection between humans and animals. Whether it’s companionship, care, play or coexistence, every image tells the story of our shared world.
Every photo submitted and every £5 donation supports Humanimal Trust’s One Medicine mission – advancing medical progress that benefits both humans and animals, without costing animal lives.
We’re looking for natural, authentic moments that show the connection between humans and animals. Moments where paths cross, routines overlap, experiences are shared, or trust and understanding are quietly expressed.
You might capture:
- A dog running alongside its owner, moving in sync
- A bird making its home in a human space
- A farmer and their animals responding to one another
- A gardener observing bees at work among newly planted flowers
- An animal and a healthcare professional sharing a quiet moment of trust
Whether your image is heartwarming, thought-provoking or simply beautiful, your photo will help shine a light on the connections that unite us all.
How to take part:
📷 Upload one photo featuring any animal
💙 Donate £5 per photo (up to 5 per person)
📝 Add an optional backstory to your image
Win cash prizes while making a difference
The awards are generously sponsored by Brandler Galleries, who are providing cash prizes for every age category. All winners will also receive a Humanimal Trust T-shirt.
There are three age categories:
- Under 13
- Age 13–18
- Over 18
Each category will receive:
- 1st Prize: £100
- 2nd Prize: £75
- 3rd Prize: £50
Every photo makes an impact
You can submit up to five entries, with each £5 donation helping us continue our work to improve healthcare for all species. Every eligible photograph will be showcased, helping spread the message that the health of humans and animals is deeply connected.
