Payroll Giving
Payroll Giving is a scheme run through HMRC that allows employees to make simple, tax-effective donations to any UK charity. Employers who pay their staff through PAYE can set up a Payroll Giving scheme. Donations are deducted from gross pay (before tax is deducted), meaning donors receive immediate tax relief and it costs less to donate.
