As we approach Christmas, we share this message of thanks from our Founder, Professor Noel Fitzpatrick.
It shows Noel joined in his operating theatre by Dr David Boddie, a human surgeon specialising in the same area of medicine, advanced orthopaedic surgery, as Noel performed surgery on one of his canine patients.
It is a powerful example of One Medicine in action — human and veterinary medical professionals working alongside one another, sharing knowledge and ideas for the benefit of all species.
