Miss Anna Radford

Anna is a Consultant Paediatric Surgeon and Urologist at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Consultant Paediatric Urologist at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, and Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at Hull York Medical School.

Her areas of clinical interest include neuropathic bladder and urinary tract infections and she enjoys, in particular looking after her cohort of children and young adults with Spina Bifida. Her research focus has been guided by these patients.  Anna holds a PhD in regenerative medicine pertaining to the urinary tract, with a particular focus on the bladder.

Anna is actively engaged with many research groups in the UK and further afield tackling the issues of fast and accurate diagnoses of infections and identifying the most appropriate treatment.
