Walk, jog or run 5km anywhere, anytime on Wednesday 28 April (National Superhero Day) in a superhero outfit and help to set a new (unofficial*) world record!
Entry is free but you can choose to order a superhero outfit and a medal if you'd like. Superhero masks are available to download and print at home to decorate yourself.
*Superhero in the City have said that this isn't an official world record attempt, and is just aimed to be a bit of fun with the current circumstances!
