We are recruiting a Volunteer Photographer - could you capture all the action at our very first Golf Day?
The event is taking place on Thursday, 18 September 2025 at Old Thorns Hotel and Resort in Hampshire, and we are looking for a self-motivated, creative and friendly person who can produce inspiring images that showcase the day.
We would like to share these images with participants as a snapshot of the day, and use them for promotional purposes, so it’s a great chance to build your portfolio and share your photography.
If you’re a keen, talented and experienced photographer (amateur or professional) with your own equipment, then we’d love to hear from you.
Photographic experience is essential - this role might suit a photography student; someone who is embarking on a career in photography; or someone who is passionate about photography and would like to donate their time to a worthy cause.
What we want from you
The volunteer photographer will have their own transport and produce a portfolio of high quality, varied and creative images from the day. These will capture the atmosphere of the day and cover all aspects of the event – action shots, group shots, the BBQ, the auction and the awards ceremony. After the event, you will undertake any editing needed and then share the completed portfolio with us.
Benefits to you
Gain valuable photography experience in an event environment.
Have your work showcased across our platforms and build your portfolio.
Gain a client testimonial from Humanimal Trust.
Use your skills for a good cause.
Meet new people and businesses, volunteer in a fun environment and be a vital part of ensuring the success of the event.
Humanimal Trust drives collaboration between vets, doctors and researchers so that all humans and animals benefit from equal and sustainable medical progress, but not at the expense of an animal’s life. This is One Medicine.
Being a part of our events like this means that you are a part of helping us to achieve this. In addition to being a great photographer, we would love our volunteer to share our passion for One Medicine.
Whilst this opportunity is for our Golf Day in September, we do have other events throughout the year, so this role could lead to further opportunities for the right person.
